OK so here is my list: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/tishan-pc/

I'm trying to figure out what I want to do with it. I'm looking to lower the converted mana cost as well as add in the following:
Nature's Claim
Regrowth
Noxious Revival
Brainstorm
Reality Shift
Pongify
Rapid Hybridization

At the same time I'm not wanting to go really nay lower on creatures for obvious reasons. I might actually like a few suggestions for increasing the creature count.

Thanks in advance

Either posting the list here or an active hyperlink would help you get more feedback.

That said, I would cut beast-caller savant for Yeva, Nature's Herald. Flashing in your elves is always a good idea. Heritage Druid, Wirewood Symbiote, Wirewood Lodge and Quirion Ranger all deserve spots. I would cut Chasm Skulker, Awakening Zone and From Beyond, as they don't really advance your game plan and they aren't elves. Shaper's Sanctuary and UG Ezuri and would probably be a good addition, too. Here's what I would recommend:

- Beast Caller Savant
- Chasm Skulker
- Spontaneous Generation
- Hunting Triad
- Overwhelming Stampede
- Awakening Zone
- From Beyond
- Dwynen, Gilt-Leaf Daen
- Preordain
- Khalni Garden
- Harmonize
- Masked Admirers
- Druid of the Cowl

+ Wirewood Symbiote
+ Heritage Druid
+ Quirion Ranger
+ Ezuri, Claw of Progress
+ Wirewood Lodge
+ Gyre Sage
+ Kindred Discovery
+ Copperhorn Scout
+ Nettle Sentinel
+ Green Sun's Zenith
+ Shaper's Sanctuary
+ Yeva, Nature's Herald
+ Collective Unconscious
